TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions set out all the terms of agreement other than price between you as “Client” and me, Karina Robin, as “Seller”, in relation to the sale and purchase of the item or items identified in the invoice, which I refer to below as “the Work”.

It is important that Clients read and understand these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with any transaction. If there is any term that Clients do not understand or do not wish to agree to, they shall discuss it with the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

COPYRIGHT

The copyright of the Work remains with the Seller, Karina Robin, and the intellectual property is protected by national and international copyright law.

At no point the Client owns the copyright of any image purchased from the Seller to print. The Client agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Work, without express written permission by the Seller.

Purchasing artwork depicting content from Karina Robin for the purpose of resale is prohibited.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the Seller’s Work. The Seller cannot guarantee that the Client’s computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

The Seller does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the Client will meet the Client’s expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected

PRICES

The Seller reserves the right to change prices without notice up until the time an order has been placed.

ORDER

The Client is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the order details. The Seller will not be liable for any failure by the Client to provide complete and accurate information in the order.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order before delivery of the relevant print in case of non-payment.

All print orders are for custom, made to measure, on-demand photographic fine art prints. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and payment and are made to the Client’s specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.

PAYMENT

Upon receipt of the order confirmation via email, the contract is deemed to be in force and all applicable clauses and terms apply. The Client shall pay the full price for the Work in advance, together with any agreed delivery or framing costs, any VAT, and any amounts payable to the Seller. By completing the payment process the Client enters a legally binding contract to purchase a photographic print or limited-edition print.

Payment shall be done by PayPal, upon receipt of an invoice and a payment request.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 7 and 15 days, depending on the destination and the current Covid 19 restrictions.

Delivery is complete when the print(s) have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the Client.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Should any damage be discovered at the point of delivery, the Client must provide the Seller with photographs of the specific areas of concern along with the entire package, with shipping label showing, to assist in the Seller’s ability to raise a suitable claim.

Failure to inform the Seller of any damage to the print(s) within 24 hours of delivery will mean the Client has confirmed his/her acceptance of the order in good condition. The Seller shall not accept any claim after this period.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Seller, Karina Robin, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from, or arising out of a breach of these Terms.
